Weatherstack at https://api.weatherstack.com returns current, historical, and forecast weather for a location name, coordinates, postal code, or IP. Errors come back as HTTP 200 with success: false.
Sign up at weatherstack.com for an access key, passed as access_key in the query string. In the examples it's written {{WEATHERSTACK_ACCESS_KEY}}. The free plan has a monthly call limit.
