ipstack at https://api.ipstack.com geolocates IP addresses: country, region, city, coordinates, time zone. Errors come back as HTTP 200 with success: false.
Sign up at ipstack.com for an access key, passed as access_key in the query string. In the examples it's written {{IPSTACK_ACCESS_KEY}}. The free plan has a monthly call limit.
