The Instagram API with Instagram Login lives at https://graph.instagram.com/v26.0 and works with professional (business or creator) accounts. fields picks what comes back.
Set up an app with the Instagram product in the Meta developer dashboard and generate an access token for your account. It goes in the query string as access_token. In the examples it's written {{IG_ACCESS_TOKEN}}.
