How to hit the Freshdesk API

Freshdesk's API lives at https://<domain>.freshdesk.com/api/v2.

Authentication

Basic auth with your API key as the username and any password (Freshdesk's docs use X) — curl's -u, PostTaco's Auth tab. The key is under Profile settings. {{FRESHDESK_DOMAIN}} is your subdomain.

List tickets

Create a ticket

priority 1–4 and status 2 (open) are numeric codes.
