How to hit the AssemblyAI API

AssemblyAI at https://api.assemblyai.com/v2 transcribes audio asynchronously: submit a job, then poll it until status is completed.

Authentication

Copy your key from the AssemblyAI dashboard and send it as the authorization header, with no Bearer prefix. In the examples it's written {{ASSEMBLYAI_API_KEY}}.
